Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2025

1. Services Provided

Camlawson offers creative consulting and visual content production for modern projects. Services include brand identity development, photography, video production, social media content strategy, and related creative direction. Each engagement is defined by a separate agreement outlining scope, deliverables, and timeline.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate briefs, timely feedback, and any materials or approvals necessary for the project. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery dates. You are responsible for obtaining any licenses or permissions for third-party assets you provide.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the final deliverables are transferred to you. Camlawson retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused materials remain the property of Camlawson.

4. Limitation of Liability

Camlawson’s total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, even if advised of the possibility. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. In case of termination, you pay for work completed up to the termination date. Camlawson may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or fail to make payment.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
